Financial Controller
$ 120,000 to $150,000 per annum depending on experience. Would consider a contract hourly position.

Overview
J&R Mechanical Ltd is looking for a permanent ¾ to full time Financial Controller. Salary will range from $120,000 to $150,000 per annum depending on experience. We will consider a contract hourly position.
The main duties include evaluating the operations of the finance, accounting and implementing financial systems for records management, and preparing financial statements and reports for upper management and shareholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Oversee and train Office Manager and office staff in the areas of bookkeeping and financial management.
· Assist Office Manager in managing all office staff
· Assist with office duties as required to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information is available at all times.
· Review all financial data for accuracy
· Assist Office Manager to reconcile bank and credit card statements as required
· Organize and manage Ownership Meetings once a week including taking and circulating of minutes
· Assist with developing, organizing and completing job costing reports for projects.
· Assist with managing inventory manager.
· Prepare internal financial statements on a monthly basis
· Assist with Human Resources and Payroll as required
· Implement new operational software and systems as required including researching and recommending systems that will improve the operation of the company.
